Softball was a lot of fun this year. Hailey was old enough not to play tee-ball anymore, which she was so excited about! She had some great coaches and a great team!
Hailey decided she wanted to try out pitching, so we discussed how much extra work has to go into being a pitcher and she was on board. We not only had all the regular practices but we spent a lot of time at home working on pitching. It is much harder than it looks to get all the things right to make a good pitch. Hailey did really well for her first year pitching. She had quite a bit of natural ability. She even managed to throw some strikes, which was really exciting.
Brian had a great time playing tee-ball this year! He had a great team and really great coaches! He is quite the batter and has a really strong arm. He can throw the ball really far! He said he favorite position to play was catcher.
We got him some baseball pants this year and I know he is not supposed to look cute but oh my gosh he just looks so darn CUTE!!
Brian does look cute and Haley will be a pro by next year!
